Reymar Berna Duque-Udani, is our Clinical Manager at Neo Home Healthcare, is a dynamic healthcare professional with a bachelor’s degree in nursing, licensed in both the Philippines and the UAE. Specialized in Advanced Infection Control and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Reymar is a certified BLS Provider and Instructor.
With over 11 years in a JCI-accredited institution in the UAE, Reymar served as an Infection Control Nurse, Quality Representative, and Nursing Supervisor. In her diverse roles, she ensured compliance with infection control practices, collected,and analyzed quality metrics data, and provided leadership to nursing staff.
Reymar's expertise further extends to her two-year tenure as a Clinical Manager in a prestigious homecare company. Managing recruitment, training, and supervision, she also developed clinical policies, emphasizing patient care coordination.
Reymar leads the way in home healthcare, specializing in First Aid, Cultural Diversity in Nursing, Childcare (development and early education), and Newborn Care. Her mission is to establish the highest benchmarks for quality and provide exceptional service through innovative care.
