What can you expect from personal care and support services?
By choosing NeoHealth, we create care service plans that will provide for anyone who requires extra support in maintaining personal hygiene, getting dressed, and support with mental and physical health. However, we promote independence where appropriate, and if there are any aspects of personal care that clients prefer to take care of themselves, we would always encourage that.
Support Services
We provide support to any client that requires assistance from shopping to hospital appointments, outings including the cinema, theme parks, theatre, or any event where support is needed, even assistance on travel and vacation. We also provide a respite service where one of our nurses will stay in the family home and support you 24 hours a day so that other family members can have a break away.
By choosing NeoHealth, we look to create support services which will craft an environment that eases pressures that might otherwise interfere with daily activities. In tandem with our primary goal, our secondary objective is to provide a set time period that allows family members to have respite from the pressures of providing care for loved ones.
Learning Disabilities
NeoHealth offers a specialised service to care for people of determination. The service creates routines that are adaptable on assessment of your personal needs, in order to create a person-centred care pathway that allows for a more collaborative care experience. Staff receive specialist training in all aspects of mental health and conditions which include, but are not limited to Autism, Asperger’s, ADHD and Down’s Syndrome with an action plan that focuses on social integration and developing aspirations.
By choosing NeoHealth, we create a care service that focuses on the three main areas of support for those with Learning Disabilities: social interaction, communication and imagination. Our nursing team are trained to focus on these key areas to build individual plans for people in our care to achieve recovery and wellness goals. This allows aspirations to blossom in a structured setting, whilst building interpersonal relationships.

We’re here to support every individual to achieve their potential and cope with the normal stresses of life and daily activities.
By choosing NeoHealth we create care services that will support you with managing your mental health issues. We aim to help you reach your own personal goals and assist you with learning new skills to achieve a more stable enjoyable lifestyle.
